Summer Day Camp 2026
Summer Day Camp 2026 is a wrap. We would like to thank everyone who supported us and made this year a success. Thank you to the Portland Foundation for their generosity, awarding us not one but two grants this year. The first grant helped with operations, and the second, from the Carl Bimel Fund, provided funding for food services when the state food program became unavailable to us. Jay County Drug Prevention Coalition was a new sponsor this year. They provided not only a grant but also Panera Bread products for our kids’ breakfast every day. The T-shirts donated by the Kiwanis were a hit with the kids and staff. A thank you to our generous donors: Rodgers Farms LLC, Lowe’s Heating & Cooling LLC, Jack & Pam Robbins, Loyal Order of Moose #1352, Glass Capital Chrysler, Barnum & Brown Insurance, West Jay Elementary 5th Grade, FCC (Indiana), and Dunkirk Elks BPOE 1776. A very special thanks to the parents, grandparents, and guardians who allowed us to care for their children this summer. Hope to see you all again next year.
49+ Club
Come and join us for Euchre on Mondays. Doors open at 12:30 pm. Games begin at 1:00pm. Cost is $1.00.
Fitness
Pound Power meets on Thursdays at 7:00 pm for a fast paced class with instructor Becca Condi. Cost is $5.00.
Senior Fitness Classes are held on Wednesday and Friday at 10:00am in the Multi-purpose room. Cost is $1.00 per person. Equipment will be provided.

Multi-Purpose Room
(Seats approximately 135 people)
2 Hours - $85.00
Each additional hour- $35.00
Rent our Multi-Purpose room for your special event. This room seats approximately 135 people. We have rectangle tables, round tables and chairs available for use. There is a smart tv and podium are available for media use. This room has been used for family reunions, bridal showers, birthday parties, tea parties, movie nights, dances, Senior meetings, business meetings, and holiday dinners. Please schedule an appointment with Pam to view and reserve this room.
Kitchen
Limited use $25.00
Our full service kitchen is equipped with a stove, two ovens, microwave, sink w/garbage disposal, and refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen can be rented as an add-on to the Multi-Purpose room or Conference room.
Gymnasium
2 hours - $100.00
Each additional hour - $40.00
Conference Room
(Seats approximately 40 people)
2 hours - $75.00

The gym is used for birthday parties, graduation parties, family reunions, wedding receptions, and holiday get togethers. This room features six basketball goals. The gym floor covering with tables and chairs is available for an additional cost. Please schedule an appointment with Pam to view and reserve this room.
The Conference room seats approximately 40 people. This room is used for business meeting, small bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, memorials and graduation parties.
Rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. A %50.00 deposti is required when contract is signed. This deposit is used to hold the date and time for your event and as a custodial/damage fee. It is not available to use for additional rental time. This fee will be returned after your event if space is left as you found it.
Members in good standing receive a 10% discount.
