Special thanks to The Dunkirk Advisory Committee, The Portland Foundation and the Dr. Donald Johnson Grant for helping us purchase a new True Elliptical Emerge and an Octane RO for our senior fitness room. They also provided a new Stiga ping pong table for the Wednesday players.
Youth Activities
Summer Day Camp 2024 has wrapped for the year. We would like to thank our Directors Breea Adney, Emily Back and Molly Messersmith and the parents who entrust us with their children on a daily basis. Thanks to our sponsors: The Portland Foundation, Ardagh Group, Elks Lodge 1776, Glass Capital Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, FCC Indiana, West Jay Elementary, Rodgers Farms, Scott and Amy Manwaring, American Legion Post 227, Barnum and Brown, Crown City Lanes, Bizy Dips, and Moose Lodge 1352. A special thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Dunkirk for providing this year's camp shirts. We would not be able to provide this service if not for the generous donations from our sponsors. We are already looking forward to Summer Day Camp 2025!!!
Adult Activities
Ping pong is played every Wednesday at 11:00 am. All are welcome. Cost is $1.00.
49+ Club
Come and join us for Euchre on Mondays. Doors open at 12:30 pm. Games begin at 1:00pm. Cost is $1.00.
Fitness
Pound Power meets on Wednesdays at 7:00pm. Come join Rebecca Dibble Condie for this fast paced class. Cost is $5.00.
Senior Fitness Classes are held on Wednesday and Fridat at 10:00am in the Multi-purpose room. Cost is $1.00 per person. Equipment will be provided.

Multi-Purpose Room
(Seats approximately 135 people)
2 Hours - $60.00
Each additional hour- $25.00
Rent our Multi-Purpose room for your special event. This room seats approximately 135 people. We have rectangle tables, round tables and chairs available for use. There is a smart tv and podium are available for media use. This room has been used for family reunions, bridal showers, birthday parties, tea parties, movie nights, dances, Senior meetings, business meetings, and holiday dinners. Please schedule an appointment with Pam to view and reserve this room.
Kitchen
Limited use $25.00
Our full service kitchen is equipped with a stove, two ovens, microwave, sink w/garbage disposal, and refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen can be rented as an add-on to the Multi-Purpose room or Conference room.
Gymnasium
2 hours - $100.00
Each additional hour - $40.00
Conference Room
(Seats approximately 40 people)
2 hours - $50.00
Each additional hour -- $20.00
The gym is used for birthday parties, graduation parties, family reunions, wedding receptions, and holiday get togethers. This room features six basketball goals. The gym floor covering with tables and chairs is available for an additional cost. Please schedule an appointment with Pam to view and reserve this room.
The Conference room seats approximately 40 people. This room is used for business meeting, small bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, memorials and graduation parties.
Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis. A contract along with a $50.00 deposit is required to hold the date and time for your event.
Members in good standing receive a 10% discount.
